• BJJ classes are only £6 (Open mat is £5). If you attend Monday and Wednesday’s class, then Fridays class is half price (£3). Pay-as-you-go. No joining fees or contracts. If you have never tried BJJ before your first class is FREE. 
• We have classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and we have an open mat on Sunday. Here is a summary of classes: 

Mondays: 7pm to 8.30pm. (Gi class)

Wednesdays: 7pm to 8.30pm (Gi class)

Fridays: 7pm to 8.30pm. (No-Gi Class)

Sunday: 11am (OPEN MAT)
